-aftermarket valve springs and retainers

-JG Edelbrock 4-2-1 header
-2.5 in test pipe
-AEM cold air intake
-310cc injectors
-B&M fuel pressure regulator
-p28 w/mugen program
what kind of horsepower gains can i expect with this kind of setup?
better yet what kind of times should i expect to pull in the quarter on street tires?

I don't see any cams listed, what's the point of stiffer springs w/o aftermarket cams? And ditch that mugen programed ecu. Or at least get a real tune on that P28.
In the end, you will be close to ITR numbers, and should be more with aftermarket cams.
