whatever your tuner/engine builder/dyno tells you you need is what I'd go with.

I'll put it to you like this... That's the same as asking, "is it better to use a calculator or a computer?". Apples and oranges. Your tuner/engine builder will be able to guide you.

go with hondata, From experience never go with a vafc they suck. I have s300 it works amazing plus you can use your own computer to do diagnositic like ses lights and adjust everything on your own if need be.

what the tuner wants to use is the proper answer. however, stock injectors should be fine at higher pressure. your cams are a little small for 12:1 compression but i don't see larger injectors being needed on an engine that is going to produce that power level. if you have 280s@45psi {guessing} that's a little larger than stock and would help keep the duty cycle down. normally you don't need to step up injector size unless you start running near 100% duty cycle.

no , u should get bigger than stock injectors, so you can run them at lower duty cycle, and you won't have to worry about them maxing out then ur motor running lean, as for ecu hondata s300 its so easy to work with, well worth the money!
