Default crx bog problem

so i did countless searches and couldnt find the solution. i recently replaced my crx motor with a stock replacement D15 and now it have a boggin problem. everything is stock in that car. this is the symptoms, from 1-3k rpm it picks up super slow. and once it hit 3k+ its drive normal. sometimes it would get so slow that i am bacsically crawling. this is with the dizzy advanced all the way. if i retard it, the idle would get so low it would die out sometime. so yesterday... i try to do a 3 point turn , after i reverse and with still a little rolling,I put it in first gear, the car bogs so hard that it died out. i tried starting it and it wouldnt fire up until i try feathering the throttle. so after i turned around and park, i floored the throttle and the response was so off. it have a good 1-2 second delay. then i turn off the car and back on again and it just resets itself still with the bogging problem. if you need more info on my car i can tell you, but i think this all, any inputs are appreciated, thanks.

OK, a buddy of mine just drop by with a timing gun and he told me the timing is off, so i want to check on to that. what i would like to know is if it is off, what are the procedures to set it back to TDC. I mean i know where the TDC marks are but like any specific orders i need to do when setting it to TDC. for instance like pulley first, or cam gear first, and which way to rotate it( conter/clockwise). i have very basic mechanic skills thats why i chose to replace and not rebuilt the motor. thanks for reading.

this is what ya do

first remove the spark plug closest to the cam gear, take a 17mm socket and put it on the crank pully bolt. turn the motor by HAND, until ya here compression coming out the spark plug hole, next use the oil dipstick, wipe it off first, put it done the hole so it touches the top of the piston, then slowly turn the crank until the dipstick stops to move up you dont want it to go back down.
Look at the cam gear it will say UP on it it should be on the topside of the gear then 2 lines one on the left one on the right. Will look like this
see the little lines? make sure there lined up with the deck of the head if not fix it lol ya prob need a new belt
