Default 98 Accord Wiper failing
Wiper will only work when arm is pushed down, does not work when end of arm is turned to on or intermittent or selected stops.

It sound like it might be the switch that has somehow gone bad and not the actual wiper motor or anything of that sort, since it still works when you push the wiper switch arm down.
