Automatic 02 LX Questions Please read

i just purchased my car about two weks ago and am new to the site. i have a few friends around here that know a little bit about these cars but not with this topic. the trans went out a few days after i bought it and im having a hard time finding a new one. but i heard that and d-series trans will work? corrct me if im wrong or lead me int he right direction.. thanks guys

we get all of our reman autos from http://www.hnatrans.com

I believe any D17 trans from 01-05 should work, but you better double check.

What "went out"?
