I milled the head 40 thousands with stock pistons so I could get 13:1 compression and put some S2 Stage 3's in it. Being a 12.8 lift, I figured that with the high lift it would make my vtech explode like a shot gun and give me a crazy top end.

Well, I put it all together, just dropped the cams in at TDC and putted around town for a little bit. The car ran like stock so I thought I was good. With my Jun chipped ecu, it engages vtech at 6 grand...I got onto a long straight and planted my foot. I hurd vtech engage.....then boom. The motor died. I dunno what happened, but I had to tow it home and it's leaking all this green fluid. I'm gonna talk to my tuner about it.

thought i was cool wen i was 16 took bought a nitrous kit and took it to my tuner. motor was stock b16 with a full exhaust and intake with walbro fuel pump and fpr. got to the dyno made two pulls and on the second pull with nitrous fried rings so badd... guess i should have listened to my tuner and bought copper plugs instead of 40 dollar iridiums... sux but wat eva u learn... kit was nos full throttle setup with a dry 50 shot. i guess i needed that b/c i then got smart and tore the motor down and built it right... oh yea and car died right on the dyno as soon as i put the clutch in... ahahaha

Clean Rice kills me with some of his post. Well before then I miss shifted and pegged 9k. Engine sounded like a pack of lego's in a grinder. So I drove to my girls parents house and noticed that one of the adjustment nuts for my exh for cyl #1 came off. Luckily there was no damage at all. And the nut was in the oil pickup.

Well about 5 years ago I was rocking the mighty B16 in my DA Integra.
For a while it was I/H/E, Clutch and VAFC. I then decided I was Paul Walker and needed "NOS". I bought a zex kit and promptly installed it with cold plugs of course. Car ran great on the bottle and managed to go through 3 or so bottles.
Well one night some kid in a Prelude was running off at the mouth so we decided we needed to "race" to see who was coooler.
At the time the car was running a 100 shot, DRY
Managed to put about 15 cars on this Prelude before reaching the top of 3rd and hearing a loud noise and smoke filled the cabin. Being the genius that I am I was like oh its nothing, meanwhile the motor sounded like a helicopter
Managed to pull the motor soon after, only melted piston #1 a small bit, oddly the head was perfect!

of course..but none related to a b16 that i've owned, i've never owned a b16..

My buddy did..He bought my old DA, we took out the b18a, and put in a jdm b16.. he thought it was fast.. it only had bolt ons, and i tuned it..it was pretty quick.. no ly..

Then he decided he can go threw 4ft of water.. and lets say, nasa called and the rod hit the window of a space station because he hit the pubble at like 8700rpms shiting to the next gear.

A couple of years ago my friend got ahold of real mugen computer and he decided it would be a great idea to put in my car. He mentioned that the computer had a redline of 9500rpm so what did I do. Loaded up my hatch with two of my friends in it and revved my damn near 20 year old b16 with single stage valve springs to 9500rpm I'm still surprised I didn't float a valve. I think we laughed for about 5 minutes in the car, because it didn't move and all it did was make a bunch of noise. It sounded like a pack of squirrels fighting.

To remind ourselves about the socioeconomic development that which is the B16. Its like getting a cheap condom from the corner store for a hot date. Everything is fun when you get on the *** until it bust.
