OK for starters I will have pictures up in a few days (I Promise). So I wanted to get this thread going so other people would be intrigued, and most likely have possible buyers to ask questions pertaining to the vehicle.
So here is the low down.
BONE STOCK 1996 Honda Civic HX (Yes the lightest and highest MPG [40mpg+] vehicle produced by Honda at the time in the United States).
It is the D16Y5 VTEC-E 5-Speed (for all you Wikipedia lovers http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_D_engine#D16Y5 )
The Car has about 110,000 Original Miles with brand new timing belt, water pump, accessory belt, new battery, and a couple others I cant seem to think of at 12 AM!!!
For a 1996 it is in outstanding shape, but obviously not show room quality. For a 1996 I personally would rate the vehicle at a 7/10. The car is going to probably need new tint and a little TLC here and there. The best thing about the vehicle I would have to say is that it has been in the family since 1996 (Brand new). My dad owned the vehicle, and then after a while he grew old and gave it to me. But now I am moving on and most likely buying something else.
Now giving the condition of the vehicle and the fact its only had one family the price I am looking around is about $5000. Let me remind you that this car is not modded or has ever been raced (Who wants to race a Stock Civic HX anyways). The car has the original factory lightweight rims that every cheap Honda budget racer loves to use. Now once more... There has never been an attempt to swap motors in this car, mod the car, race the car, or abuse the car. It served its purpose and is EXTREMELY RELIABLE!!!!!!! So in my opinion out of all the other vehicles on Honda Tech... I personally believe that my "$5000" vehicle is worth it.
But we all know the inevitable... all the H-Ter's are going to throw the
or the
about pricing, but I am prepared for that.... So please lets hear the offers. Also before you make your self look like an idiot "low-balling" me please put down the
and sit back and lets talk business!
P.S. The Vehicle is in South Florida (561)
