The price for the car is about right. Brand new in Japan the Integra Type R is listed (w/o options) at 2,379,000 Japanese Yen. That converts to $20,026 US Dollars so the fact that it's used and being sold at MSRP for brand new doesn't sound sketchy to me. He even said shipping charges would be extra.
Of course, the zero feedback thing would still keep me away from that deal. I hope whoever wins that has a credit card with a high limit and internet fraud protection...
