Hi I have 91 accord with 210,000 on it. It starts most of the time, but sometimes it wont start and the S light blinks. There other things wrong but I will worry about them latter. I did hook up a jumper to the blue clip under the glove box and I did get some codes from the S light, but I'm not sure what thay mean. I do have the Haynes but it don't say any thing about the S light, that's what blinks not the check engine light.

The blinking goes like this:
1 short blink
2 short blink
7 short blink
8 short blink
1 long blink
4 short blink

when I look in the Haynes there are no codes for 2 blinks. Is it the same codes for the check and S light?


Other things wrong:
when i close the door dome light just dims.
the light ring around the key hole stays on
light on the dash says the driver door is open ( i did put in a new switch where the door hits it)

I can live with this stuff.
