How Do i swap out my ignition switch?

I need help replacing my ignition switch, well help with how far to put it. What are those bolt called that hold the ignition switch in place?

Ithink they're called tamper proof bolts.I usually cut a slot in them and use a screw driver or use a chisel and tap them out in counter clockwise motion.
