ok um? im not from japan so i cant really give u an estimate on how much a purple vgs would cost considering there are none here in america. i would think somewhare around the same price as a regular 00 s2k here in the states with 60k miles.

Proly like 16k US... It just depends on condition of parts, wheels, body condition, and so on. With all those mods it could have taken a beating it's entire life for all we know.
