car starts in the morning but after i try to start it again i have to wait 30 min

1995 acura integra ls car starts in the morning but after i try to start it again i have to wait 30
ive changed the main relay, ditributer, spark plug wires, and injectors i need help bad im always getting stuck everywhere but cranks and after it starts sometimes white smoke comes out

so that has nothing to do with it not starting? and also sometimes it will start like normal and when i turn the AC on i have to wait 30 min or so for it to start

but would it start when it wants to or would it not start at all? and how would i be able to take some coolant out? And no CHECK ENGIN light goes on
