I'm interested in buying this car, but it has a bump in the hood. How much will it cost to repair that? or how much will a new hood cost for it? i need something so i can try to negotiate down and make sure i make a wise decision.

you can get hoods anywhere from $50+ at a junkyard. You might luck out and find white, as it was a pretty popular color on those model Civics.

 

where would i be able to find a fair priced carbon fiber hood (nothing fancy just a hood in carbon fiber) for this type of vehicle.
