Default What were your torque specs on your rods after using the rod stretch tool?

Im starting to put together my ls vtec and was wondering what your torque specs were on your connecting rods after using the rod stretch tool? How much was the OEM torque specs off by?

Im gonna be using stock LS rods on a mild ls vtec build. Thanks!

As the factory does not have a stretch numer for LS rods/bolts how would one find it?
