I Just bought a 1983 honda civic that is in pristine shape, minus the engine not cycling the oil. I bought i pcv valve to start cheap(im do to get lucky) but i cannot locate it. Do 83 civics have pcv valves? Any other advice on the problem at hand(blow-by) would be great. I havent pressure tested it yet. The engine is a 1.3 5 speed tranny. Thanks

 

There should be a tube coming directly from the valve cover to the intake manifold under the air cleaner. At least thats what my diagram shows off of Mitchel.
