Default Tachometer Issue, RPM sticking 05 rSX

I have an 05 rsx base auto. RPMs are not a huge deal, but im trying to figure out what is wrong with my tachometer..

The car is idling at almost 0-100rpm.. and it sticks at 800rpm no matter how fast i am accelerating. My car does not have any problems with driving and everything else on the cluster works fine. I did the diagnostic test to see if the RPMs could swing from 0-redline but they would get stuck. I took off the glass cover piece to the cluster and manually moved the rpm gauge. There were several sticking points at roughly 800, 2000, 4000, 5500, and 7500..

Im not sure if its just the cluster that is messed up or there is a problem somewhere. The rpms work fine when i was assisting it past those sticking points. It seems that it is trying to rev up but gets stuck by something.

If you need any other info, ill be more than happy to provide it

Thanks for the help!!
