Default JDM CTR piston

I did the search did not find enough information so I am asking it again I belive.

if I used stock USDM ITR rod with JDM CTR piston + the mugen gasket

what kind of compression will I get.
and what kind of fuel I will ahve to run to be safe.
do I need to run mod-ECU to run this set up
JDM CTR piston with USDM ITR rod
combine with
toda spec B + cam gear + toda valve spring + ferrea retainer.

Probably up around 12.1-12.4 CR I would guess. You would probably need atleast 93 octane to stay safe. You wouldnt necessarily need a modified ECU to run that setup, but you would need some sort of fuel pressure regulator, and maybe some bigger injectors, and definitely an air/fuel gauge. Stock fuel pump should be ok. I dont know too much about those cams so Im not going to speculate. HTH
