Why didn't you get CTR pistons or something along the lines of not stock B16 pistons?

might as well get some arp head bolt also and while your at it change out the oil pump (look around to see if any of the dohc vtec oil pumps fit on your block..i've heard before somewhere) and water pump, also timing belt.

you can use any bseries oil pump.
for ls vtec.. you need to use a matchin pair of timing belts and water pumps..
vtec timing belt.. use vtec water pump
non vtec timing belt.. non vtec water pump.. get it? good.
Dont use a Civic SI b16a timing belt.. its too short..
Use a GSR or Type R (same belt).. b16 and b18 have different block deck heights..

Yes, CTR pistons wont fit stock b16 rods without machining.. I have personal experience.. I have CTR pistons on my stock b16 rods.. had to remove a small amount from the small end of the rods..

Yes.. use ARP rod bolts.. and ARP head studs..

For stock rods and pistons.. you probably have to have a machine shop hang the pistons.. the wrist pins need to be pressed in..

you're missing a transmission.. just playing.. you probably have one, and or getting one.. heh

what kind of vehicle is this going in?

Oh.. and if you have done so already.. get the block cleaned and honed atleast..
And if you've never installed pistons or piston rings.. you might want a machinist to do that for you. And i hope you didnt order ACL bearings hoping they'd just "fit".

acl standard size bearings are equivalent to honda oem green bearings.
What are you gonna do if you have a black main bearing? or brown? did you measure before you ordered?
the same thing goes for the rod bearings.
no, a b16 block deck height is 8mm (correct me if im wrong) shorter than any b18.
timing belt wont work.
gsr/type r timing belt with any dohc vtec b series water pump
b series oil pumps are all the same. use a 96 or newer oil pump because you need the crank position sensor.
youre also going to need a 96 or newer crank gear, one that has the teeth for the crank position sensor, if your LS block isnt 96 or newer..

you're not understanding the concept of bearing sized.. ACL standard size is the same as Honda OEM green. If you main or rod bearings arent green, how can you use ACL standard size bearings?
If they are green, then you can use them. You wont know until you tear it apart and/or look/measure.
