Default weird issue with car alarm and ignition

soo i went to do i fuel cut off switch and was gonna cut and splice from the fuse box, but after a while i was like wtf why dont i just do at the pump soo after looking at the pump wiring i needed more time to look at the wiring so i can fig wich one to cut.
soo i put everything back together after unpluging everyhthing at the fuse box, then i went to reconnect the battery and the alarm went off. but heres the thing the owner before me said he had a problem with the keychain remote not shuting the alarm off soo he hooked up a shut off switch so it would shut off, but when i pushed the switch it wouldnt shut off but it sounded as if it almots did, soo i just pulled the fuse power to the alarm and then everything seem to be fine. 30 min later i went back to start the car and it wouldnt start i was like wtf, soo i put the fuse back in, and the alarm went off, then i took it out, then i tried to start the car and walough it started, my question is why the hell did it do this, oh and my car now starts like normal n fine now.

but a few days later it did it again ( my car wouldnt start, so i put the power fuse bak in, the car alarm went, then i took the fuse out, then tried to start my car and it started)

it also makes a weird clicking noise now that was never their before, until i disconnected everything.

i also turned a ****(it was sticking outside of the alarm box) that was part of the alarm so idk if that might of changed the frequency or not

Need MM&Y of car.
Make and model of alarm.

Also, when you say car will not start, what do you mean...
Engine turns over but will not start?
Engine will not turn over?

The **** on the alarm brain is probably the impact sensor adjustment.

Try this, [silent power up] with the batt. neg.(-) disconnected, turn the ign. to the run position, [install alarm fuse] then reconnect batt. neg.(-), if that does not work, find the alarms valet switch/button, [should be hidden under the dash] with the ign. switch off reconnect the batt. [alarm goes off] turn on ign. then press and release the valet switch/button.

All I can think of until I get more info. 94

You might have to reprogram the remote to the alarm again. Sounds as if the alarm is armed, and when you connect the battery it triggers, because one of the leads or sensors is kicking in.
If the alarm in armed and you have a starter kill relay hooked up, that relay will be activated to not start the car. Let us know what car you have, and the alarm model.

Rattler has 10 models listed, so if the "silent power up" does not work you will have to find the alarm brain and get a model number. 94
