I traded the guy my car for his bike and 2000$. He had a month to get me the money and he said he couldnt and i told him i was trading back and that I was going to come get the car back and keep the bike. I have the title for both car and bike. I should just keep them both and not give him any of it since he faulted on his payment... What do you guys think?

 

No Bike for Matt! He did the same crap w/ me. Said he would promise to make up the difference w/ trade of my Integra for his Truck but didnt have the Money at the moment. So i was nice&gave him some time to pay. He just kept making up excuses of why he couldnt pay.

 

I have the car and im trying to sell it, Im thinking about trading it in on a new SI. Yesterday when i got the car back he made me sign something saying that if I sell the car for 3500 he gets 1500 if i sell it for 3000 he gets 1000. To be honest im thinking about taking the blades off and selling it for 2900 and selling the blades seperate. PM me with your phone number I wana talk to you.
