Default Fuel issue after motor rebuild?

The motor was juts rebuilt in my gsr after spinning a rod bearing. after putting it back in, the car is now dumping way too much fuel.
I really have no idea why it is doing it, if you have any suggestions please let me know
-also the hose connected purge on the top of the intake manifold smell strongly of fuel when removed.

*injectors have been removed and cleaned and put back in.

Id imagine he did I guess I could have him check it again. Could this cause it to dump that much fuel in.

he's probaly dumping to much fuel in if he had the head milled, he needs to get a set of cam gears and adjust the timing is all, not a big deal.
