Fuel issue after motor rebuild?

The motor was juts rebuilt in my gsr after spinning a rod bearing. after putting it back in, the car is now dumping way too much fuel.
I really have no idea why it is doing it, if you have any suggestions please let me know
-also the hose connected purge on the top of the intake manifold smell strongly of fuel when removed.
*injectors have been removed and cleaned and put back in.

Id imagine he did I guess I could have him check it again. Could this cause it to dump that much fuel in.
