Can someone confirm if a 97-98 type R throttle body has these two holes.

Can someone confirm if a 97-98 type R throttle body has these two holes. I know the 2000-01 Type R doesn't have them.

What are they for?

They are for the cable hanger on a gsr, but a type r doesn't use them.

Are they not on a 2000 ITR TB?

I looked at mine and it doesn't have it. I need to know if a 97-98 Type R has them.
