Default please help me Integra bogging misfireing please help me out

I have a 1997 integra ls that is bogging. The problem came about after i changed the head on the car because one of the spark plug holes was cross threaded. After we replaced the head we adjusted the valves. Due to a jackass friend of mine my distributor fried because he pulled out all the cables wail the car was idling. So the distributor was replaced to. The car use to run perfect before the replacing of the head.
I would be driving the car normally and the car will loose power misfire and even back fire at times. The crazy part is that it doesn't do it all the time. I have check the distributor and that's fine. I changed the spark plugs, wires, cap, and rotor still nothing. The car is not giving me a check engine light. I have even check the cars timing to see if that could be the problem but everything that i have tired has failed and the car is still doing the same thing. What can it be any help is appreciate. I took the car to a local shop and they cant even figure it out.

not to knock you but some people get lucky most don't and it seem like you didn't this time. this is the easiest place to start i have seen some nasty things happen with aftermarket parts. get ngk's from autozone. cap, rotor, and wires from acura or at least some ngk wires.

check your tps sensor and wiring. try wiggling the wires and see if the motor acts up. could also be your map sensor.

How its your idle ????
you said you put a different head..........are you sure the head is good ??
it could also be a cracked injector or loose timing belt.

The idle sometimes it drops down to like 200rpm and the car shakes like its misfireing. About the timing belt im going to check that and how can the head be bad if the car runs normal sometimes or when im crusing like at 60mph plus. When i get out of the highway it does it alot too.

Did you connect the Spark plug wires in the correct fire order.
