Default 2000 honda accord failed smog test?

The mechanic that did the test said i might need to change a oxygen sensor?

I googled around and found for the accord v6 lx

its about 80 bucks on ebay

should i try and replace this? The smog check says i failed the MIL Check Engine Light

and the fault code is PO141 O2 Sensor Heater fault bank 1 sensor 2

should i just order the part and try to fix it myself? or should i just bring it into a mechanic to get this done.. i really dont know much about cars so any help would be much appreciated
