Default Car turns over but doesnt start, HELP PLEASE!!!

alright i have been trying to figure out my iacv. its been causing crappy idle and cel. well the cel i clear it and it comes right back on for the iacv. so i had the car running (i know dumb move) unpluged the iacv and pushing the wires around with a pick seeing if they had backed out. well then as i am doing this the car just shuts off... so i turn the key off and back on. the cel is not turning on and off like its supposed to and i do not here the fuel pump priming. i checked(i think) all the fuses... it will just crank but no turn over

the ecu isnt cycling clicking on and off... like its not getting power like a fuse but i think i have checked them all but maybe its a relay... but everything works as in heater lights cluster yada yada...

so the green key light on the dash does not come on either... fried ecu or just fuse?

Oh nooooooo. Why would you do that with the battery connected?

Have you tried disconnecting and re-connecting the battery?

You need to check your fuses right away. Look for the PGMFI fuse 1st.

the problem is that the cel light is not cycling when you put in the key

so that would mean blown fuse or shot ecu and maybe took the fp with it but i dont want to just go buy a ecu and then that not be it. it be some fuse that i dont know about hahaha
