dont they have b18 in them and is that moter a good one to swap in a crx

Yes and NO. That is not the motor that you want to put into your car. That is not the same as B18 from and Integra. The Prelude motor is completely different.

Check out the FAQ for some good info on swaps for your car.

It'd be an interesting swap though, and i've never seen it documented. I doubt you would have any clearance issues, you should give it a whirl and tell us how you get on with it.
