im sure u cant fix this , so is there any other interchangable climate control so i can replace it

 

ok my heater blower doesnt seem like it works till on 3. but y does it smell like engine when i turn it on

 

The only direct swap on the climate controls is ones from a crx. There is a way to swap accord ones, 92+ civic ones, or you can revert to manual 88-91 civic ones like I did.

As for the fan speed you prolly need a new resistor for it. Its mounted on top of the blower housing. Just remove the glove box and you will see it.

 

you gotta buy a new, they're usually always cracked though at minimum.

someone was selling a plate to cover up the face and that might be helpful if your controls all work
