How do I extinguish the SRS light?????

Can one help me?? in my car ( accord 98 EX)

I have a 96 LX and it has the SRS light on as well, and I am interested in how to get it off as well.

Ive heard it is because either your airbags have been deployed before, or there is something wrong with them. When I bought my car, the SRS light was on but I have no idea whether the airbags have been used, or messed with.

It doesnt bother me too much, but Ive also been curious as to how to reset it.

 

I have a 97 cl and had the same problem. I used this link and it got rid of the light on the first try. Thanks to whoever took the time to write it. here you go
