No problem. First step would be to determine whether you need full coilovers or just springs. Try searching up both and see what people prefer based on there driving conditions. You may not like the rough ride of a coilover compared to just a lowering spring. Either way you'll find enough info to make an educated decision
yea i was thinkin about skunk2 spring or like sportline springs but i think i would need rear camber kit for them too and they are pretty expensive

You do not need a camber kit with sportline springs. Idk about the skunk2 springs. You could also look into Megan Racing coilovers. I believe they fall somewhere around $700 and many people say they are pretty good coilovers for street and track considering the price.

Even with the camber kit and springs combo AND the alignment it would still come out over a hundred dollars less than the Skunk2 Pro-S coilovers by themselves.

If this is your daily driver and you're simply looking for adjustable ride height
Go for the megans
If you plan on tracking/auto crossing there are tons of better other options.

Well that depends on what your lookin for. Its about a 1.4" drop so if thats enough for you and you want to maintain decent ride quality then that might be a good option.
Honestly i would recommend getting the camber kit anyway. Even with a moderate drop your still changing the factory alignment specs which should be corrected as closest to factory as possible (obviously unless your track tuning). Really you should get the kit and have it properly aligned, especially if daily drive your car.
Problem is most on honda-tech just slam there rides and dont correct there alignment so most think its ok which its not lol. If your going to do modifications you gotta do it right
