i have a 97 ek turbo. untunned only had turbo on for a week. the other day i was drivin and i started loosin rpms and got the the stop sign and it died. it will start for about 10 sec then die again.

1.i think the oil feed line is leakin, could tht be stoppin it from startin like tht.

2.or could it be the distributor.

3.o an i know there is gas in the car so we can rule tht one out

no, there is no smoke. it just sputters and dies.

 

have you been being nice to the untunned turbo build for this week, or have you been beating the **** out of it? Should definitely get the tuned if you get it running

 

hell no i have been babing it. i set the boost cut off on the s300. idk wht the prob is...............i hope i didnt blow it, i mean there is no knockin or anything comin from it. and im gettin fuel to it cause i can hear it in the fuel pump and sparkplugs smell like gas

 

id try distributor or the cables. that was my problem at least
