Bumping this thread because I'm looking to keep my D15B7 for a little bit longer, and the oil leak I have is the biggest problem... so you can't get mad at me for not searching

My tranny/block pretty much look exactly like OP's pictures. I'm wondering what gaskets I could replace so that my car doesn't leak so much oil. I hopefully have a little bit of life left in the motor, but I don't wanna cut that length in half due to this oil leak, so I'd like to fix it.

I'm looking at Majestic Honda so I can order all the OEM gaskets, but I'm not sure what exactly I need... I'm thinking #010 and maybe #006 (from THIS page). In addition, I'm leaking oil where the block meets the head, on the side where the distributor's located. Would I get the gaskets on this page HERE (#005) or something else?

Thanks for the help, I appreciate it

Start by replacing 006 (distributor O-ring) and 005 (valve cover gasket). 010 is the distributor cap seal. It is not an oil seal. If you have oil inside the distributor, you would generally need to replace the distributor.

Alright then, makes sense.

I assume replacing these gaskets are relatively easy? I have a decent amount of mechanical know-how, so I figure I'd be able to do this myself.
