Default electrical problems?

i recently bought a 93 civic ex for 600 and some things inside dont work
the gauge cluster lights up like the little battery symbol and stuff but the spedo tach fuel gauge and temp gauge dont work.
the dash clock wont turn on, turn signals wont turn on.
the passenger window wont go down the kid had it hooked up to a toggle switch and was working.
ive checked the fuses but none are blown, bad or missing.

any ideas as to what is going on?
i started taking off the door panels should i start taking apart the dash?

i didn't get the pins for the clip so i bought some male and female quick disconnects.

i found some rigged wires that go to the ecu i think one is the obd1 plug cause i cant find it anywhere near the ecu(i'll update this post wit pics tomorrow) and i took out the gauge cluster everything was plugged in i wonder if its some wires messed up to the ecu

also i just won a p28 ecu on ebay so i'll be wiring up the vtec soon.

If its an EX it should already be wired for vtec, they came from the factory with a D16Z6 and P28 ECU.

someone put a d15b7 in there with the stock z6 head(i believe) and a p06 ecu i have the plugs but i dont see the wires i think they were de pinned ima take a closer look today though

okay heres the hacked wire

d14(PHO2S O2 sensor) is wired to the ecu and hacked into a15(a/c compressor clutch) which is still wired to the ecu also
B2(ground to shields for CYP & TDC) is wired to the ecu and some bare wire in the same set of B wires the bare wire is not wired to the ecu

*edit* is this the right ecu pinout?

Get out your factory ETM and check your power and ground distribution. See what those circuits have in common. I bet someone forgot to connect a ground somewhere.

Have you tried another coil or checked yours for resistance?
