Pictures from today's S.F. group ride
Just got back from a mini S.F. group ride. It was a blast riding around town like a bunch of hooligans. We had a total of 5 bikes on the ride: 2 Monkeys, a Honda Ape, a Honda ZB50, and a CBR150. The day started out a bit foggy/misty but turned out pretty good.

Third stop - Crissy Field in the Marina

After stopping by the bridge, the next tourist spot is Lombard St.

From Lombard we rode by Downtown on our way to eat in the Mission

Thats all the pictures I have. I'm waiting for the other guys to post their pictures. Two of them was able to get some footage of the ride also. Once they get them up, I'll post them.

Yup, the CBR is from Canada. They're made in Thailand and super popular over there.
I think it's stock tire sizing on the Ape. It's (one with the white tank) pretty fast. It has a 115cc motor with a Takegawa dry clutch.

SF is such a beautiful city, my dad visited it a couple of times and always brought a lot of pictures, I loved watching them all.
Those little bikes are so awesome, I bet they're a blast to ride.

It looks like that 150 gave birth to mini motorcycles

The Honda Monkeys are almost the same as the US Honda Z50's. The Honda ZB50's were sold in the US for a very limited time. Honda Ape's and CBR150's are grey market bikes and never sold in the US. Your best bet is to find one already plated. They pop up every so often but expect to spend $1500+.
Once you get one and want to mod them, expect to see your pocket book dwindle. I've already put about $1500 into mine and it's nowhere close to where I want it to be. The Monkey with the red tank and the ZB50 both have over $8k into them (including the cost of the bike)

We were hoping for two more guys to show up. One has a bad *** ZB and the other one has a clean Monkey. One of the guys that couldn't make it was none other than MotoLiam from the Alice Ducati Moto GP team

Yup. The Ape is his also.

If someone is looking for a Honda Monkey R (aka ZB50), here's a plated one in Socal. Looks to have some minor mods (Takegawa tach/speedo ($400) & and some motor stuff).
