Default b17a1 lsvtec or b18c1?

OK so i Have a 95 Gsr, but before i got the car the motor got blown and they replaced it with a LS motor (b18b1 just to be clear). Well i came across a b17a1 head with type r cams its gonna need to be cleaned out and resurfaced and such, well anyway my question is would it be better to just get a full b18c1 or build the lsvtec with the b17a1 im still gonna come out spending over a grand either way buying the conversion kit, distributor, water pump, oil pump, and the head, btw the head he wants 350 for, but anyway should i go lsvtec or b18c1 full motor? sorry if this is a dumb question kinda new in the import stuff so any help would be appreciated

welllllll..... fer starters the b17 is the da's gsr engine and allready is vtec. sooooo yaaa. but personaly id go with b18c1. not only is this the original engine which will make the swap a bit easyer, but it will be cheaper to just to lsvtec the b18 u all ready got in it.. or you could boost it for the same price as a b18c1 and get alot more power too. just some options.. but ya though do a searchhh
