Well if the tires locked up, which they did if it sreeched you maybe have flat spotted the tires. If there is a vibration while driving you will know that they are flatt spotted. I am 99% sure you are fine. I skidded to a stop on a track day in my 335i on brand new Yohkoma DOT radials, and i mean a very long skid yikes, and the tires were fine.

As for the rotors/pads you should be ok. Some people believe in seating rotors by slamming on the brakes from 70-0 mph to seat brand new pads, which is good for track pads, yet u[ in the air for a daily driver as you will most likely never see any fade.
