Who should i contact? MFactory hasnt got back to me yet and its been two business days. I have DSS 5.9s and id like a tranny that i will not have ot worry about breaking. yes i know **** hapens, but what would be my best option.

Im also lookin into a solenoid driven gear box, xtract has something im looking into, but they do not accept my axles i already have.

 

Who did you contact? Sales or Tech?

Seems strange not to get a reply for the past 2 days.

i just busted my 5.9 half shaft on the first lauch on the axles. mind you i am running a 26x10 tire.

 

so are we, but only because we wanna get some seat time with the 26's, eventually getting 28s


the 5.9 kit we got does not have a aftermarket half shaft., when we talked to DSS they said they stopped production and they are redesigning it.

That is suprising. I am running 26s and just had a minor issue with the 3.9s after 2 years of beating them to death. I had 20 launches with massive tire shake and I know a lot of guys running mid-low 9s on a 5.9 and they have been running them for years. I would look into something else being wrong if you hurt them 1st pass.

 

I hope you guy's have looked at all the supporting pieces. Engine mounts, ride height, suspension movement, tire pressure.
