taking off h22 butterflies what to do with the longer bolts?

taking off h22 butterflies what to do with the longer bolts?
So i took off the bitterflies on my h22 intake now the bolts are too long obviously. so for the 2 bolts ill just get them shorter but what about the studs? Should i just take them out and use bolts? Or do i have to replace them with shorter studs?

when i removed my butterflies i just took off the throttle plates, and left that spacer in there for the extra volume. just get someone to weld up the two small holes from the bar that goes through which holds the butterflies.
