FS: (Monterey) "Virgin" 95 Civic EX, Pard Blue-Green, $3000
VIN: 2HGJ1126SH560789
Mileage: 279,XXX
What do I mean by "virgin?" This car has never been modified. It even has the factory radio.
Other high points:
- I'm the second owner
- I have all of the maintenance records, about 2 inches thick. All service was performed at the same dealer the original owner bought the car from (Steven's Creek Honda).
- You can "eat off the engine" it's so clean
- The car is mechanically immaculate
- The interior is extremely clean, no damages or modifications
- The car has 4 matching tires that have at least 80-85% tread left
- No accidents
- Clean title
- Just smogged in August 08
- CA registered until August 09
- It's living in my garage right now
Low points:
- 2 rock chips on windshield, one was filled
- 1 small crack in left rear tail light that doesn't seem to leak no matter how much water I spray on it
- few small nicks on the sides of the rear bumper, probably from parking skills or lack thereof
- the interior isn't perfect; the vinyl should have been more cared for and it seems like the car was parked in direct sun quite a bit. I used some Eagle 1 interior cleaner/protectant and it put some life back into it
I bought this car not too long ago because I needed something to drive while I fixed my CRX. I also wanted to have a second car to drive while I do more time consuming projects or in case I screw something up. Well it turns out there's a new bus route in the neighborhood I just moved to so now I have backup transportation without having to pay extra insurance.
I ran KBB and it came out to $3000 for good condition and $3500 for excellent condition. If it weren't for the nicks I would try to sell the car for $3500. So I'm at $3000 firm.
My name is Mike and you can contact me via private message. PM me if you have any questions or want to come see the car. I have a pretty open schedule now that I'm back in school.
I am located in Seaside, which is in Monterey County. It's about 1.5-2 hours south of the SFBay, an hour from Santa Cruz, and 6 hours north of So Cal, depending on how you drive.
