Just send it to compustar along with the receipt from the dealer that you got it from. If not just buy a new one if its is damage

Compustar remotes have a 1 year replacement warranty, if purchased at an authorized Compustar dealer, if you got it at other then an authorized dealer you will just have to buy a new one.
