i have three 1990 accord two are lx and one is ex. the transmission sport like stays on but sports is not turned on and when doing this my car gets stuck in 2nd and third gear or possibly first and third i dont know. but also if left in Drive4 it will take off in 3rd gear veary slowly so i have to shift manualy between 2nd and 3rd and it wont come out of them gears


please help!! im out of cars to drive!

 

The transmission control unit has probably failed. Pull back the carpet on the passengers side and count the short and fast blinks from the unit (with the key on) and post what you find.
