NEED answers FAST, CEL will not turn on, and fuel pump doesn't Kick
i have a 96 civic and when i turn the key on the check engine light doesn't come on... in fact i can't get the CEL to turn on at all and yes i changed the bulb.. I think that the CEL and main relay are somehow associated because usually the cel light comes on when the fuel pump primes when you turn the key... so no CEL and the only way the fuel pump kicks on is if i ground it at the main rely... NEED ANSWERS FAST!!!

check that ground on ur thermostat... but i dont think your ecu is getting any power ... u could try swaping out the main relay for a known working one and c if thats your problem...

well if ur not getting a CEL its kind of a symbol that ur ecu isnt getting any power.. check the ground around ur ecu.. happen to a friend of mines and the shop just made sure the ecu was getting ground
