Default cleaning rims and rear mudguards paint overspray

I went to bodyshop to respray my rear bumper on my integra and dude sprayed my rims and my mudguards on my integra. Its excess spray, you can barely see it but the wheel (rota gt3 gunmetal/polish lip) surface is rough and the mudguards because of it being black if you look very close you can little particles of silver paint. My question what can i use to remove this excess without damaging the surface. Any advice is appreciated.

And the guy at the shop wouldn't have any idea what to use? It's dried so a little paint thinner wouldn't work.. Never hurts to ask ...for your money back
