Default I JUST BOUGHT A H22a

Ok I bought this motor from a guy who said he bought it on Hmotorline and left it in his garage for 4 month. Well i purchase it and took it home and inspect that oil are found in the intake manifold. I open the oil cap and see that the oil is kind of gulky. My question is normal when letting ur motor sit for so long? If the motor turn, could oil find its way up the intake manifold. Thanks

the crankcase breather is shot and is letting oil up into the manifold( black rectangled looking box under the intake manifold) take the manifold off, clean it out with breakcleaner and buy a oil catch can and put it inline from the breather to the manifold.
