Default Squealing inside wheel well?

hello, i have a 96 accord 4dr lx that seems to squeal or something when i am turning out of a driveway or just any kind of slow turning. it also hear it when i jack the car up. i think its coming from the driver side wheel well. its the kind of mellow squeal that sounds like a metal gate is being slowly opened and closed.

i am sure its got to do with the suspension, but what could be causing this noise? just something that needs a little wd-40? where exactly would i spray? could blown shocks make this kind of noise? i bought the car about 5 months ago and it was already lowered on just lowering springs so i wouldn't doubt the shocks are blown..

any ideas? t.i.a.

What wheels are on the car?

I had an issue where it was a squeel but it was a different offset wheel hitting my swaybar endlink or something and was scraping metal on metal.
