Default 00 si issues
my civic was fluctuating between 1500 and 3000 rpm's... i changed the TPS sensor.. the car started ideling about 2500 rpm's... i adjusted the TPS sensor and the throttle cable... but nothing will let it idle down... any input on what the car is doing will help.... thanks...

on the throttle body there is a idle screw use that to adjust the idle

Did you place the tps right? Also any Cel's?

idle air control valve is shot or you have a vaccuum leak somewhere.

x2 on the vacuum line leak somewhere.
