I just bought a civic with a GSR engine and I have been thinking of all the things to do with it, but I'm not quite sure where to start. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.(bluesaint, I'm looking at you. ) Thanks.

 

NA or Boosting? That's a question you gotta ask urself then we can go from there.

looking @ me? lol well like what most people will say to you, how deep is your pocket and what is your goal. kinda of stupid to just start dumping $ until you know what your goals are. For example, if you gonna drive it hard, i would spend the $ to get your car checked out first for things like compression check, leak down test, new sparkplugs, change worn parts etc b4 any performance parts. If you have all that stuff taken care off, then start looking @ performance parts and i can help you then.

 

How fast do you want to go? How much money do you have? Those are the 2 most important ?s that need to be asked. That car probably runs mid 14s as it is, so if your goal is 13s you can do that with a good intake,header,exhaust,cam combo and some practice at the strip. If you're looking for 12s turbo is going to be the best way to get there. Hang out at this site researching long enough and you'll know what's right for you. Good luck!
