Default ABS Light, Electrical Power Loss, and Noise From dash all at once. Ideas?

I've got a 94 Accord Ex and recently theres been issues with the ABS light and I'm lookin for ideas. All at once the ABS light will turn on, a defined clicking noise (a bit slower then the turn signal click) will begin inside the passenger side dash, and the gauges as well as the stereo will click off and then on suddenly. If at a stop with my foot on the pedal I can feel a slight pulse in the brake pedal at the same rate as the clicking noise.
This will last from anywhere from 10 secs to 2 mins whether moving or not. If I shut off the car it will not begin immediately upon starting. It has no pattern of occuring, drove 600 miles in a weekend didnt see it once, and sometimes will see it multiple times in an afternoon around town. For that reason I doubt a shop might find anything useful.
If anyone has any thoughts or ideas I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

I actually have the EXACT same issue. Here's what I've managed to hunt down:

ABS motor is good, since I thought that was the issue and replaced it with one I know works.

I haven't checked the ABS code yet, but I will this weekend. I would imagine it will still come up as the ABS motor code that prompted me to replace the motor in the first place

On the relay pulse, I've found that not only is there a relay somewhere in the passenger side dash that clicks, but there's also the relay in the engine bay ABS fuse box area that clicks also.

I thought this might be the issue and switched it with one I know is good - no luck.

I haven't really gone much further than that. The other thing I've noticed when this happens is that the engine will cut out a bit if you put any additional electrical load on it (ie, use flash-to-pass switch). It only cuts out for a second, but it's enough to worry me.

Let me know if you come across any additional info, and I'll see what I find out this weekend.

Try pulling the ABS fuses to see if the other issues go away too. That can narrow it down.
