Hi, i am selling my Acura rsx and the person purchasing the car does not want the a-spec high wing that came factory on the car. Is it possible to just remove it ? or will there be holes? If there are holes what do you recomend would be the cheapest way to remedy this situation thanks. I am open to suggestions and please state how much each solution would cost!. Thx Alex.

 

there will be holes.....you think some type of tape will hold up a spoiler during high speeds?

cheapest method will be to fill it up with plugs but those are noticable.
another method would be to use bondo and fill that hole, then use touch up paint to paint match. it wont look that great either.

 

buy a trunk lid that hasn't been modified. then try to sell the wing and the old trunk lid together.

 

should be held in by nuts or bolts through the bottom then go to homedepot or lowes to get some small rubber or plastic plugs to cover it up and paint it with touch up paint touch up paint is about 5bucks and those plugs should be couple cents

 

youd be suprised how much factory **** is held in place by double stick tape, not saying this is

 

I have a decklid spoiler for sale, its 05-06 but im not %100 sure if it will cover the holes.

 

sell him the car and let him deal with it
