92 civic turn signals not working
For some reason my turn signals stopped working on my car and I can't figure out why.
Obviously I checked the fuses and nothing.
Things I have changed so far and nothing:
-dash harness
-under dash fuse block
-under hood fuse block
-wiper arm/signal assembly
The thing that is making me confused is the Hazards work fine, so somewhere along the line the signal from the wiper/turn signal assembly is not working. Any suggestions?

i would check the relay. i had a similar problem with my hatch, my right front signal wouldnt blink. i changed the relay and it wasent the problem, i was stumped on finding the solution until 4 months later it popped into my head. it turned out to be the socket for the bulb. So check the relay and the sockets.
bulb sockets on civic corner lights often **** the bed..on my 93 coupe, my left blinker dont work and my 94 4 door, my right blinker dont work..haha
bump, why does the hazards work and not the turn signals...
so far more things changed.
-hazard switch
-hazard turn signal/relay
-ignition switch

That will do it every time. Easy way to check for stuff like that is to look for continuity with a multimeter between as electrically separated two points as possible (like from the relay pin to the socket.) Good catch, though!
