Default Urgent help in Tx

Okay I have a 1989 CRX Si with a 1994 Civic VX 1.5 SOHC Vtec motor in it. It ran two years ago but not good because Vtec solinoid would not kick in so it would only go to like 1000 RPM's. I parked it fast foward had to change out whole fuel system got with Rywire got ECU jumper 02 sensor w/Jumper vvtec solinoid jumper, and jumpers for ddistributer. The original guy who got it running repinned the distributor so it has an 89 style distributer crossed with the 94. I need help rewiring the distributer plug in order to use the jumpers on the 94 style distributer. By the way car does not run after sitting for so long eeven before all this stuff has been replaced. I would like to find someone in Texas qualified to get my car back to running but no one lives in my town anymore. Thanks

i want to use an obd1 but i need help to get it there. the guy that worked on it did not have the propery wiring jumpers or ecu to run this motor, so he criss-crossed an obd0 and obd1 distributor to get the car to at least run.

i want the car to run correctly, and now i'm trying to do what it takes to get it there, but i need help.
